• You'll have 14 days to ship your return back to us (all it needs to be is returned and scanned at the post office, not physically returned to our hub or warehouse).
• A $1 AUD pre-authorisation fee will be held on your card and in the event your return isn't scanned within 14 days, you will be charged the full fee of your exchange or Shopnow item. 
• Accessories, Bodysuits, Lingerie and Swimwear are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.
